Front and Rear Strut tower brace.. Needed for street driving??

I was thinking about adding front and rear strut tower braces for extra support in high speed turns, are they worth it or is the frame and body pretty stiff as it is. I've got a stock suspension.

They will help, but don't spend too much money. You can buy a good used suspension setup with the money you wil spend on strut/sway bars.
