From the Autocrossing Alignment (2G) draft FAQ, I have a question about "flip the inboard bushing" to change the front driver side caster and balance with the other side.
I just got back from looking under my Talon (in a cold garage). I couldn't tell if the bushings are offset in some way.
Is that how it works?

If you look at the metal bar (bracket) that goes through the center of the inboard bushing, you'll see that the bolt-holes are not centered. On the passenger side, the offset pushes the compression arm forward, adding caster. On the driver side (of 97+ cars), the offset pulls the arm back, deleting caster. If this is true on your car, remove the compression arm and mark the bushing. Then press out the bushing and flip it exactly (using your marks) and press it back in. Then re-install the arm. You should now have 4.5* of caster on both sides.

OK, I took a closer look and can see the slight offset in the inboard bushing bracket. Appears pushing it out will be a challenge, especially after the bushing has been in there nearly a decade.
Thanks for the info, I’ll add this it to my list.

We barely got the bushing out of my 97 with a 12-ton press. I wouldn't do it (again) without a 20-ton press.
