I bought these springs quite some time ago off a guy on ebay. This was even before MachV started selling them. I was told they worked on awd cars but when i got them, they had 2wd stickers on em. So, i let em sit for about a year or so because no one wanted to buy them. I started searchin and asking around and i convinced myself to install them. If they were not to fit or sit right, i would just take them off. They drop the car to the point where i can just barely fit two fingers between the fender and front tire and just a little over two finger gap in the rear. It rides BEAUTIFULLY! These are advertised as FWD springs on machV, but they fit and ride fine on my awd car. The fronts are just stuck on with some kyb GR2's. My shocks were about a year old so i decided not to change them. The rears have tokico blues on em because i had a rear set just laying around. They are a decent spring for the street as the drop is not too low and i didnt want a very low drop. As for the track, i'm not sure. By summer time i'll have good set of coilovers to autoX or roadcourse with. These were just put on for looks and a lil better handling which i am very happy with. There have been doubts on these springs, and i hope to have answered your questions. If i can borrow someone's cam for tonight, i'll post pics later.

ps. i have front and rear strub bars as well, but i'm sure the ride would still be nice even without them.

If anyone knows the rates for these, it would be useful.

To the owner of the car: your handling (and launch) would be greatly improved with the addition of spacers behind your rear upper control arms. It looks like you have at least one and a half times as much rear camber as front. By eyeball, I'd say about 3/8" would be about right.

you are correct j. I was going to do this yesterday upon the install of my rear springs but my dad didnt have the right size bolt in the shop and it was late. I'll drive around for a week like this and take care of it next saturday. I'll take your advice(unless youre being sarcasic) and add 3/8th" worth of washers to see how it comes out. Full time college student + working as much as possible = no time to do anything during the week.

If you just put the springs on and have not gotten an alignment, one week should be just enough time to start seeing serious wear on the inside edges of your rear tires. If you have gotten an alignment, please remember to do it again after adding the spacers.
