Hi

I have 97 tsi, and the rims on it look like crap. I'm not going to be buying them anytime soon, but i was wondering anyone know a place to get a good price on rims? and what would you recommend, 17s or 18s

Thanks

www.wheelmax.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CHECK IT OUT! I have NOT seem better pricing anywhere. I am getting my 17x8's from there w/ Kuhmo ZR tires, mounting and balancing, AND shipping for $999.

I agree that wheelmax has the cheapest rims and tire combo. If I didn't have wheels yet I would get them their. Oh well, got my 17x7 with tires for $1100. Actually I got it for $100.00 cause I sold my chrome wheels for $1000.00 on Ebay. :D

I had really good luck with these guys: http://www.race-car-parts.com/oc/groupbuy/konig/tantrum.html I just bought a set of Konigs (Tantrums) from them and am quite pleased. They are offering free shipping too. Check out my gallery for pics of my wheels. Because of the reasonable cost, I'll probably buy another set toward the end of the year to get some race rubber on. $696 to my door, 17 X 8.
