bought a 93 tsi and the abs was cut

i just bought a 93 talon tsi from a guy in my town and the abs was cut. would this lock up my wheels or would it have no effect??

If by "cut" you mean that it has been disabled but is still plumbed into the system, then you are fine. (A lot of people don't like ABS and unplug it for various forms of racing.) If the previous owner screwed around with the plumbing, then have it checked out.

thanx, the prev owner did try to be a smart one and adjust the clutch and screwed it all up so now i have to drop the trany and see it i need a new clutch, clutch fork or release bearing. thanx again
