On the inside of one of my wheels about an inch and half of coating flaked off and its causing my wheel to go flat, putting tons of tire seal helps for a few weeks and it stays inflated but then it suddenly deflates over night (so its not like its just a slow leak where I have to fill it up every week) Once the seal gives way it won't stay inflated anymore. Is there anything I can do to fix it? No one sells this wheel (Nippon Racing GTX T-Bone 10 18in) I'm gonna have to buy all new rims if I can't find a replacement.

Take the car to any decent tire place. Have them unmount the tire - after you WARN THEM THAT YOU PUT MULTIPLE CANS OF FIX-A-FLAT IN THERE - and then sand the wheel and remount the tire. While you're at it, have the valve-stem replaced.
