I want to get 18 or 19 inch rims, if I get 19 would I have a problem let rubbing?

No because you can shrink the side wall of the tire to make up for the larger rim size.

205-55-16
225-50-16
225-45-17
225-40-18
225-35-19

All of these are relatively close in overall diameter......therefore you won't have a clearance problem.

225-35-19 is the size you need.

Personally i think 19" rubber is way over priced. 18" is ideal
