I am a newbie here and have a suspension question. Let me first give a little backgorund info, then I will lead into my question.
A few years ago I installed some lowering shocks (KYB) and springs (I can't remember) on my Eclipse RS. A few years passed and I knew I had to get front and rear camber kits to properly complete lowering my car. I finally got around to purchasing both kits a couple months ago. I bought the Ingalls front and rear camber kits. I then installed them, took my car down to the local alignment shop and had it realigned. During the alignment I was talking to the mechanics. They notified me my car was way to low for the Ingalls Engineering camber kits. In addition, I decided to check the clearance between the upper balljoint figuring there might be some sort of interference. There was about a 1/4" clearance between the upper balljoints and the inner panel. I knew this was going to present a problem sometime in the future, so at the time I blew it off, figuring I would deal with it at a later date.
A couple of weeks ago, I decided to jack my car up and check how everything was doing. Low and behold, my upper arm and balljoints were bent to hell and have to be replaced very soon. I figure since I am at it I should just go ahead and replace new shocks and springs along with the upper arms and balljoints.
My questions is, what is the best combination of parts to use with the Ingalls Engineering front and rear camber kits? In addition, I would like to keep my car as low as it currently is. I have had my eyes on the adjustable coil over springs, since I know I can lower them as much as I please.
I know there is probably several posts in this forum asking the same question, but honestly, I am a little tired right now and don't want to read through all them. So any information would be very helpfull, thanks!
