Unfortunately....I have to spend more $ on tires again....For both cars OMG

The Pirelli P7000 Super Sports on my GST (225-40-18) need to be replaced soon.
I loved the tire...great perfer, smooth launch, good rain traction, and good wear/longevity...I would buy another set....but they are discontinued.

So I am getting the Pirelli P Zero Nero M+S.
They have a high tread wear rating and a rated better for snow that the P7000SS. Although I really don't drive the GST in the snow, its nice to know the tire will help me through it. So I am sacrificing a little perf for better mileage and snow traction.

As for the 92 TSi AWD. I have a set Falken GRB aka FK-451 (225-45-17) on it now. These are absolutely horrible in the snow..even with AWD....you go nowhere or slide everywhere. I am going to get a set of Dunlop Winter Sport M3 v speed rated snow tires in a 205-55-16 and put them on the stock GST rims. This setup will go on the Talon for the winter. This way I have a true dedicated winter setup and a good weather setup.

I picked out the Winter Sport M3 becaus ethey seem like a good choice for my area....NE PA....sometimes the winters are bad, but usally within 2 days the roads are clear again.....so I want a tire that will handle well on dry road and have a high speed rating. I would go nuts with a regular snow tire....squealing on dry pavement and mushy handling. So I searched for a performance snow tire.

Anyone have experience with either tire?

I need to check out some other tire brands sometimes. Right now, I'm using Kumho Ecsta Supra tires. Love the tread, very beefy. My launches grip like no other now, but I know there's better somewhere.
