wheels sticking out to far

I have 17-7.5 inch rims. There good in the back but they stick out in the front a little bit. is there anyway I can fix this or am I just going to have to take my chances not getting a ticket.

Maryland is weird they will pull you over just for being a young person in a nice car.

PA has that law... Top of tire must NOT be visible from directly above the car! Wonder if they fine people's who have cars that are like that STOCK!?!? Every Fiero GT owner in the state is breaking the law! :-O

if it's a stock then it's fine. the law is your not aloud to change anything on a car except will oem parts.
