I was leaving my girl friends house today and the ball joint somehow got disconnected from the lower control arm. Well the wheel got pushed back so far it ripped out the drive shaft. Because this happened while i was going about 10mph. So my car is sitting in speicher waiting to get towed on monday. DAMN IT. So i was looking at the damage and it is a #@%#@%#@%#@%ed ball joint, a #@%#@%#@%#@%ed drive shaft, and a #@%#@%#@%#@%ed wheel stud. Hopefully i did not bend any suspension parts when the wheel was dragging. How much do you think it will be to fix it

You should have had the ball joint recall done. If you had it done this would not have happened. I am sorry it happened to you and I am glad you are ok. But I have no idea about the repair costs.

If you already had the recall done, or Mitsu or Eagle "claimed" it was done, then I believe they have to pay for all damages. It's a safety issue, so they are responsible I think.

even if it is broken mitsu will still pay for the damages. And can i call mitsu when i have an eagle? b/c i am in germany and there is noe eagle dealership but there is a mitsu one.

yep.....since there's no more eagle, who else would u call? go to mitsu.
