anyone using Tein Suspension

anyone using the tein suspension with any comments. a friend of mine has the Tein coilovers on his WRX and he loves them. Just wondering if any DSMer's have any experience

They just realesed their flex for the 2g eclipse ill be buying that in a couple months. I cant wait.

i'd get TEin but they don't make it for 1g's. i'll have tp go with apexi coilovers xuz i want "true" coilovers. Dami cant tupe for shot right now, ti god damn #@%#@%#@%#@%ed up

ok....there are many other true coilover choices for first gen cars than just apexi....have thought of B+G? JIC?

A friend of mine with a 99 Civic Si has Tein RA's I want to say...not sure of the models I just know the pricetag was ~$1800. Most awesome suspension I have seen in person before I haven't seen the JIC's but would imagine they are just as nice. Dude with the civic says that helper spring tein uses is awesome for driving around on the streets. But since someone above this post said tein doesn't make a 1g coilover setup I would look into the JIC's.

i just recently bought the type FLEX for my 2g eclipse GST, comes with the pillowball upper mounts, i paid about 1300 for them, i've never been more satisfied, the 16 way adjustable shocks will work to your favor, i say you go with them, its one of the best investments ive ever made

Does Tein make coilovers for the Galant VR4? If so is there any way to adapt them to the first gens (awd)? Also would it be possible (if they don't make GVR4s) to adapt second gens on to a first gen? I'm really wanting to get the Tein's because I really like the cabin adjustability (dampening only). Also what's Tein's web address (or english distributor equivalent) ? Thanks in advance.

Im pretty sure they make them for the galant VR4 almost positive got to www.tein.com

Has anyone ever heard of being able to fit coilovers for a gvr4 onto a 1g? Custom spring rates might be needed, but I think Tein offers that as an option. Again my biggest question is will gvr4's tein coilovers be able to be swapped onto a 1g with a little work?

I just checked out tein's web page. They have a Super Street setup in developement for our 1g awd!!!! I didn't see anything about a release date, I just glanced through their different kinds of coilovers cause I'm at work. I also saw that they offered a HA setup for the gvr4s if those will work on a 1g. Also I don't know much about Tein's but which type of their coilovers would be the best for a street/strip setup? Anyway gotta go.

I am thinking of buying a set of Tein's here soon. As much as I love my Koni/GC setup, I am about to outgrow it.
