I have 235/40/17 and she is lowered 1.5" I noticed that my tire would rub on the pasenger side to fix this manufacture's problem take off the rear lateral bar cut it in the middle and weld 3/8 inch piece of metal between the bar trust me this will fix it also check your bushing's you might want to replace them with urathane.
 
Tis' not a manufacturers problem at all. You have taller and wider wheels than what came from the factory, and its lowered. Its called camber, and all you did was adjust your camber to fix the problem...
 
Yes buy you have a all weel drive the rear is totaly diferent.
And i have seen the same problem on 205/55/16 non lowered car's.
