What suspension setup will cope best with bumps at speed?

I like to race on the streets (not in traffic though :D ) and I want to be able to fly down streets with bumps and curves, and not have to worry about loosing contact with the road surface, but without comprimising launching abilities much.

There really arent many that handle bumps too well...who plans on producing a spring for the purpose of hauling nutts over bumps?? I would say just cut your springs and ditch the stock struts and you should be good to go!!

Cutting springs is definately not a good idea. However, some springs such as the Tanabe Super Downs have dead coils for height adjustment (1 time adjustment of course). The best way to have a controllable ride over bumps etc. would be to have a similar to stock suspension with stability. Upgrade your swaybars (huge difference overall) and have a medium to soft spring with matching shocks & struts. If you have a too stiff setup the suspension will not give, thus having your car teeter-totter over bumps. With the med-soft suspension you'll be able to ride the bumps and with the better swaybars you'll be able to put your feet back on the ground faster for more stability.
