I have KYB AGX struts and I have a hard time adjusting the front struts. I drove around with them on (4) for a while, decided to soften it up a bit and and when I went to turn them down, only one of the front ones would turn to (3) (only go between 3 and 4) and the other side would not adjust at all. I e-mailed KYB and they never answered me back. Any ideas? I think I blew them out so I am planning on getting new ones sometime soon, but just wondering if anyone knew what could cause that and how to fix it?
