I am looking at the Skunk 2 or TEIN. There is a big difference in mony between the 2. I currently have stock spring and Tokico Illuminas.
What do you recommend? What are the main differences between the TEINS - Basic, SS and Flex.

Dan

If you want poor quality and a crap ride go for the skunks (the name should give it away).

The basic are (IMO) too entry level. SS seem to be a good choice, and the flex are for those that actually do some serious racing (parking lots don't count)

Please read the boards, if you look a few posts down there are already several posts about this.

Even though some of the best prepared DSMs out there are used for autoXing, which is often done - ready for it? - in parking lots.

My comment was in referance to the punks at the local Mc D's that trash the parking lots every weekend. ;)

How about Ground Control coilovers?

Ground Control's are good IMHO. They ride good even with stock shocks depending on wha part of the U.S you live in. I have them with stock shocks but now i am putting in kyb agxs. :thumb:

JIC FLTA2

Need I say More!

Have had them on my ride for about a month and they ride sick! They handel better than they ride! The adjustability on them is insane! The ride height is adjustable seperate fom the spring so you can dump the car and still have full spring travel.15 damping adjustability and the spring tention is adjustable too!A few clicks on the knob and you can go from gushy to rock hard!!!! (is gushy a word? )Cost me 18 hundred installed but worth every penny! And no I dont autox or rally, occasionally drag the punk honda in the next lane, but for a fun, tight handeling car go JIC! I deffinatly recomed this setup to anyone! (except the dudes hauling ass in a mcDs parking lot, thats not cool, kids run aound out there!)

P.S. Excuse my spelling I swear i'm not a Third Grader!:p
