95 eclips gsx cranks but no start

I have a 95 eclipse gsx and the car done before it ran good but went my timing belt broke i rebuild it i put new head took it to machine u know the proccess. Machine shop everything was good and resurface also put new plugs and cables too ohh i for got to say new crank sensor and cam sensor also i change the turbo i put a evo big 16g turbo with headers before it had t25 stock headers.The car already had fmic any ways after the car was rebuild.it ran fine until next day i start it but it would crank and die and start it againg same thing. Until 3 crank i would start fine but if i would come to a stop and idle it would die too.
I change fuel pump and now i wont start just cranks i have spark rpm gauge moves like it wants to start also i heard explosions

There's a couple things it could be first spark plugs 4123 in that's order off the coil pack. Second pull driver side fuel rail fitting. See if gas is making it through the line to the injectors and to the back flow. If both of them look good, I would set the timing lines again and make sure there correct. You made sure you set tensioner right and didn't jump the belt starting it. That's usually a prime time for it to happen. All looks good there pull that valve cover an check your rocker arms. Make sure none blew off or are really loose. Then come back and let us know some more info. Thanks

Bro rocker arm is complely destroy on on piston 4 and spatk plug got crush. And it dented my piston it looks deep and is also wide yea because before i tooke vale cover off i was going todo compresion test and guess what i found that spark plug crush so now leaning towards bad timing the car didt get time properly but what cause rocker arm to complely get destroy and it was getting gas that same piston smells like gas
