Anyone coming out this weekend?
For Non-CAFB Personnel: You must fill out a complete Military Base Access Form (MBAF) and email it to [email protected] before the deadline (see below) to be allowed access to the base. The Military Base Access Form must list every person and vehicle that will want to gain access to the base. You may use one MBAF for all persons and vehicles in your group/family. There is no penalty for submitting your form and being a no-show, but no person or vehicle will be allowed on base if they have not been cleared by submitting a proper form.
For all attendees: You do not need to submit your Registration Form via email, but you may wish to print it out and bring it with you to the event.
Notice: A valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance are required at the CAFB gate. Everyone (except CAFB personnel and their dependents) is required to fill out the base access form to be placed on the base access list. If you are not on the list, do not hassle base security or you will be asked to leave, period. If you have any other questions about this, contact Trey Walker.
Send Base Access Forms to the event registrar. Double check that your form is correct before you send it.
Forms are due by NOON, Sunday, September 21 2008. Once your form is received and processed you will receive a confirmation email.

IMPORTANT: New for 2008, SCCA membership is required for events. This can be in the form of a $15 "weekend membership" that you can pay at the event, but almost all participants find that it is advantageous to become full SCCA members. Please see this thread and this thread for more information.

Registration Info:
There is no pre-registration. However, participants are urged to print and fill out an entry form to speed up registration times.
Important: A valid driver's license must be presented at registration. If you are entering as an SCCA member, you must present a current SCCA membership card.
