the manifold is for the talon. but ya I did get it to fit! I just hope it isnt going to leak!

I got my radiator on the gsx and after a while of driving (about 10 mins) it started to overheat.... it seems like it caught the virus from the talon..... its only overheating under boost..... suggestions?

i would let it cool down all the way and then check to see if it needs more water. I know everytime i take off or drain down my raditor i have to refill it about 2-3 more times after for it to stay filled. I have a koyo as well, it holds ALOT more than the stock so it needs more or it will form steam which is very very hot. Also check your cap, make sure it fits on that raditor, mine didn't and it was leaking and over heating, and check your fans. And it thats not the problem check your thermostat and temp sensor.

fo sho. I think my something is wrong with my coolant when I stop driving I can hear it boiling and it shoots out coolant from that hoes that shoots out extra coolant when you over fill it.

well after a while of thinking Ive decided that Im going to try in tackle rebuilding both my heads on my DSMs. Ima start on the Talon first since I have the exhaust and turbo off it already and its already been down for a while might as well make it longer. lol..... but I need some suggestions for what parts to get, like gaskets, cams, valves, etc. I have a feeling this is going to turn into on of those project threads lol.... Since Ill be taking pics as I go. but Ima try to start on it tomorrow if I can get to it. so if anyone has any suggestions to why I shouldnt do it let me know asap lol... I just think Its about time for a fresh start.... on both my cars. I just rather fix and rebuild everything at once instead of breaking shit as I go like Ive been doing....
