I thought it would best to post here to see if i can find help for all who are experiencing the same issue i am having. My car sat in my garage for about two months, i notice the optima battery was dead so remove and charged. When i placed the battery back in the car i notice i could not re load the tune and my radio had no power and no interior lights also didn't hear door ajar warning noise or the noise when the key is in the ignition.

I have test and check all fuse, fuse box's and grounds, ignition plug's and they check out fine and show there getting power.

I did notice my alternator was putting out 12.5 v and my battery seem to be draining power from some where. There is aftermarket shit wired into the car like i never seen. It has Greddy E01 gauge, turbo timer, and gauges. There are wires everywhere and it seem like the person had most of the wires run in the same area, my gauges and E01 must be connected together some how cause when i wiggle the wires they will come on and off.

I'm lost i feel i have tried all possible solutions please if any one had this problem and fixed please help there are many of us having this problem I am open to any suggestions.

Hey i forgot to ask but when you were testing your alternator, was your door open by chance ### that might affect your voltage, but then again i am not sure. since we have the same problem and all. what is your voltage when you test your battery?

My battery is putting out 11.7 yeah i don't get it

You could have 2 issues there...

If your Alt is only putting out 12.4 Volts then its bad. It should be at 14.X

I would suggest a new battery as well or get that one tested out as well. Seems like every time my Alt craps out in these cars it takes out my battery too.

12.5 is with door open, How are you making out with your car ?
