Here are some logs of the initial start up. What do you guys think about the front o2 sensor? Timing is also all over the place. When i have the non eprom plugged in i dont have anything like that. its usually a pretty steady idle. Also i dont have the wb plugged in yet for logging but it was running rich as all F*CK. it wasnt even reading a value bc it was so rich. Also i am just running the stock 450s stock pump, stock, fpr, e316g, fmic, forged guts, and its a 2.4l DOHC. My goal is to get used to messing with it before i switch the pump, injectors, afpr. I have it all, just i dd my car right now and havent had a long weekend to mess with installing all of the fuel upgrades.

Simple...reset everything back to stock.

For direct access, you'll have to go through every page and manually reset to stock (click the black double arrow <-> at the top of the ecmlink application, and click "copy to ecu"). The modified pages are bolded in the left column.

v3configs [ECMTuning - wiki]
The default config data files are listed at the bottom under the "Stock V3 ECU Config data files" section (2G v3.19.40 ecm file). Open it up in ecmlink and click "copy all to ecu."

After that, you should modify your load scale under direct access, because you are a 2.4L. Once you bring up the LoadScale page, you can read the comment at the bottom on how to calculate the value you need. Also, don't forget to reset your fuel trims (ECU->Reset Fuel Trims). Oh, and one more thing...LOG YOUR WIDEBAND!!!! :D

That won't fix all of his issues. ;)

Your front O2 is basically non-existent. Was it working before, or did you not have a way to verify it?

Timing is definitely a bit erratic, but it could be because your ICS and TPS aren't calibrated and the ECU is struggling to maintain an idle.

Yeah, although I'm hoping it will address the choppy idle, which I believe may be caused by the deadtime (InjBatteryAdj) adjustments. But, like you said, it could also be mechanical. The frontO2 looks dead but I wanted to see how it would look after resetting stuff.

I'm thinking the loadscale and him being 2.4L might be contributing to this. In the first log, you can see he is bouncing between .3 and .4 loadfactor, but IDK, the choppy idle might be contributing as well...at any rate, another log with these things addressed would be nice.

Alright i changed everything to stock and changed the loadscale to 83.3%. It helped the idle to settle along with the timing. the o2 sensor is still only going .02-04v. I will get a log up tomorrow with all of the correct values being logged sorry Calan. Also i did do a tps adjust with link in the first logs. The o2 sensor has maybe 1k on it got it brand new from rockauto

Yeah, I suspect that if you enabled the diagnostic check for the o2, it would spit out an error code. Maybe you should enable that just to give us a little more insight (DTCs page -> check cat efficiency/02). It should already be checked in the default config file though, so...
