I installed 1200cc injectors towards the beginning of the year because my previous injectors were too small. When I first installed the injectors, the duty cycle was plenty safe with room to grow, around 78% at peak airflow. I turned up the boost and slowly over the summer my injector duty cycles crept up to the point of where they are at 100% for not that much airflow.

I checked the fuel filter and fuel sock, nothing suspicious going on there. I replaced my old inline fuel pump with a new 255 inline. and it didn't seem to help too much. no leaks. and no major boost leaks.

relevant mods are : 97 tsi awd, e85, stock 6 bolt, pte 50 trim, 1200cc injectors, 255 intank and inline, dsmlink v2. afpr

the wideband is a plx wideband but it isn't wired up to log in all of the logs provided.

dirty injectors? fpr?
