Leaning out up top

I'm adding fuel with the sliders. I guess my global is off or something. I'm sure its set on the right fuel pressure for 1200cc. So I don't really know what is going on. Any guesses to why I richen it up on the sliders, and it stays about the same? It actually went leaner after I added more fuel . I have it at 30psi with straight 110 race gas.
