After a few months I finally have the car back together and running but would appreciate it if I could get some feedback on my idle log before I get set to move onto cruise and finally WOT logs. Any advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I slowly progress with my project. Thanks in advance for any help.

How are you running your FIC 650's without any global or deadtime adjustments? Set those according to this table.
baseinjectordata [ECMTuning - wiki]

Check out these tutorials if you haven't. They'll show you how to get everything set up. Video #8 will focus on idle tuning.
ECMTuning, Inc.

In video #8, it'll show you that your AirFlowPerRev is lower than it should be.

You'll also want to add ISCPosition to your captured values and displayed values lists (in that order). This should be ~30 at idle. if it's not, adjust the BISS screw slowly after the car has gotten up to temp.

Hopefully the fuel adjustments will make your wideband log properly, since it seems stuck on 18:1. If not, there's another issue you'll need to look into.

Your TPSVolts value keeps bouncing around. Make sure the connector is on firmly and that it's bolted down tightly.

Once you've tackled all of that, grab us another log.

Let me try and explain how I got to where I am now and hopefully raise some flags if there are any. I started by setting the global to -31 and dead time at 210 and was not successful at getting the car to startup. I then set it to stock injectors and if started up then tried tuning it back for the cc which stalled the car out. After that I just slowly worked it to the settings it at now. I found this odd as the car had been running previously on a MAF without issue with the above -31 and 210 without much issue.

I certainly need to brush up on the idle tuning since while rebuilding the head and not playing with any settings it was a use it or lose it type situation and I forgot a lot of the basics. I plan on rereading and watching the tutorials.

I did notice the wideband reading incorrectly and had originally thought maybe it was setup for the wrong gauge since I read about the AEM gauges being had to log but will look further into this issue and see if I can get it working.

As for the throttle body readings the more I deal with this BBK throttle body the more I believe modifying the flange on my intake and putting the stock throttle body on is worth the little bit of effort.

I really appreciate the advise and I will post another log after I make some changes.

Try loading this settings file. I changed your SD table back to the factory one, so maybe the extra airflow that you didn't have will help it get started with the appropriate fuel settings (assuming you do have 650's in there). I also changed your global and deadtime to what they should be.

Here's more info on the AEM setup.

Here is an updated log with the suggested SD table changes and fuel settings to be reviewed. I didn't have much time today do to family time on my day off but this is currently where I stand. As always any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

Add ISCPosition to your captured/displayed values lists.

AirFlowPerRev and CombinedFT look good. You could work a bit on CombinedFT to get it to bounce closer around 0% if you'd like, but it's within +/- 5% so you're good.

Make sure to take a look at your wideband. Double check that you have the right input wire used, it wired into the input that you've selected in the software, and that you select the right version of AEM in the software to match your gauge.

You also need to play with your TPS to get it to read .63v at idle. I would start by adjusting it by hand with the car off while streaming to get it as close to .63v as possible. Then use the v3 TPS wizard, again with the car off, to get it to .63v at idle and 5v at WOT.

I really appreciate the help you've given me so far as you seem pretty knowledgeable with tuning and link from reading your responses to others and also myself.

When I get the time to play with the car again I will log the ISCPosition as well as see what I can do with getting my TPS set up a little better.

As for the AEM Wideband that will probably take me some time as I plan to retrace my wire and verify that it is going to the correct pin and see if I can get it to finally log otherwise I'll have to look into some of the suggestions on the ECMLink and see how to wire it better. It looks like the display from the wideband lines up pretty close to the AFRatioEst that link puts out if it would just log that would be great.

On a side note I haven't looked recently but hope your tow hook idea is still working out for you and progressing forward. If you need a welder let me know as all my work is TIG welded.

Once again thanks for the help and I'll post up again after making the changes.
