Ok I just purchased a act 2100 and xact flywheel and it came with all the essentials : throwout bearing disc plate and wheel. Who replaced there pilot bearing when they did clutch/flywheel install? I was told that if it isnt making noise then it doesnt need replacment.

True, if it isn't chattering, it doesn't need replacing. BUT, its called preventive maintance. Honestly, would you really want to tear apart everything again for a $30 bearing? I would just replace it the first time around. For example, I had my trans and enging out last summer. I didn't replace my ACT2100, but now I wish I would have. I think I am overpowering it now because its starting to slip and its within spec... Oh well. Best of luck!
