to shift in 1st gear while moving..om so getting tired of slowing down almost to a complete stop to shift into first or i have to ride the clutch in 2nd gear badly....anyone kno the name of this thing or site?...i kno the 1g synchros dont let u shift into 1st while moving w/o some BIG TIME grinding...if anyone has any info regarding this, plz post it up..thanks

Get your transmission rebuilt with upgraded internals from TRE. Problem solved. No shifter will allow you to fix what is an internal problem.

You could always "double clutch". Try it, with the clutch out in nutral, rev the eingine and then put the clutch in and try to get into first. Should work, at least it does with my honda. This is not exactly double clutching but is similar.
