How to change trans fluid on 95 Eclipse

I have a 95 Eclipse RS with the 5 speed manual trans. I want to do a fluid change on it since I don't know when this was done last.

Where are the drain and fill plugs located? pictures would be great but I'll take an explaination.

Do I want to use manual trans fluid from the dealer or is there a brand I can get from the parts store that will work just as good?

Lastly, How much fluid does it take to do a drain and fill?

If there is anything else I should know I'm all ears.
