Get some Pennzoil Synchromesh from Auto Zone and swap it out.
Werd, I used the GM Synchromesh at first and it worked AWESOME and then I changed my fluid again and used the Pennzoil Synchromesh and it worked even BETTER and it shifted like butta. The pennzoil stuff is about $4.99 a quart. Buy 3 of them but it'll only take about 2.5 or less.

I just realized you have a 95 n/t, is this car auto or manual?

I read your other post and I replied to it. Don't use synchromesh in your a/t tranny.
