if i put my car in 5th while driving relativly slowly.. when i let off the gas the shifter pops back a bit.. sometimes OUT of gear...

any ideas??

i heard something about one of the 36mm nuts being loose.. think thats it?

I would double check the input shaft nuts. They are 36mm.

yup, that was it, one of the nuts was working its way off, I fixed it,

ow the only thing i notice is a slight hissing noise when driving.. if i move the shifter a bit it changes tone (in any gear) it doesent sound too bad, you probably wouldent notice it if you were not listening for it.. any ideas?

car shifts like a dream though.

im haing the same EXACT problem with mine now too what are the 36mm input shaft nuts and where are they so I can check mine. Please help me out thanks.
