95 AWD Talon with 95 Rearend. Can I use a 97 T. Case and Tranny?

I know the 95 and 96 have different gearing or something.
Here is the parts I have:

Stock 95 Rearend in the car.
97 AWD 5 speed Tranny
97 Transfer Case
95 Transfer Case

Are just the Transfer cases different in 97+ or are there other things also?
