its probably just the throw out bearing, but i found the easist way no bs, is to pull the engine.the tranny will split from the motor in the bay and with minimal effort you can fanagle the motor out.ok to do this,
pull the radiator, then exhaust manifold/header whatever/remove bat and tray, unplug everything remove the starter,(tricky)4 bolts inside the tranny housing hold clutch to flywheel remove them b4 you go any further take out one and with a screwdriver turn fly wheel till you find the next, slightly lift engine with hoist or picker, remove motor mount bolt on passenger side, remove all bolts from tranny housing that attaches it to motor i think there are 5 remove heater hoses, and here is the trick, remove the 1 tranny mount bolt on the far left side this tilts tranny in the bay to your right as to give more room to remove motor and flywheel. lift up and b sure to get the wires on the alt and back of motor, piece of cake replace your throw out bearing and whatever else you may need and inspect the fork, always, it is easier to do it now than later trust me, then reverse the process...not to bad i can pull one in about 15 minutes now and put it back in about 30.....lots of practice hehe if you need anything else e mail me or post good luck....
