Question about ACT 2100 and a 20G

I currently have a BigT28 with an ACT2100. Right now I have no problems with the clutch, and I never take my car to the track. Hence, I generally dont race from a dead dig, but rather on the highway.

Now, I was looking into purchasing the SBR 2G20G, but was curious if my ACT2100 will hold up. If not, do I have to purchase an entire new clutch kit, or can I just upgrade the pressure plate to the 2600?

I am looking for some actual experience here, not personal opinions.

with FWD its damn hard to make enough grip to slip a 2100, if you do something domb like rev to 6 grand and slip it into 2nd hard at like 20mph it might do that, but your not an idiot are you?

if you run slicks then maby a 2100 will slip.. but with street tires it should for sure do the job..

No, I would not reve to 6k then slip the clutch at 20. Whenever, I down shift, I always rev match (heel toe technique). I never dump the clutch, and rarely slip the clutch. I really never launch the car (because I dont take the car to the track). However, I was just curious if it would hold if I had the 20G tuned to over 300 ftlbs and floored it in third gear from a 60mph roll.

Do you think it will hold up in that scenario?
