Best Tranny fluid

i'm gonna be changing my tranny fluid this weekend and i was wondering what fluid i should put in. the reason why i'm changing it is because the shifter is jerky sometimes. It never grinds or anything but sometimes its really smooth and other times its jerky.

so any ideas?

go to your GM dealer and buy 3 quarts of gm syncromesh. There is no better manual tranny fluid. Even my local mitsubishi service center told me to use it.

You could also try the BG syncroshift or Redline fluids.
