Clutch Wont Dissengage

well ok it wont dissengage, like the petal will be to the floor and it is so hard to get it out of and into gears....it is a new 35k mile tranny it for a while was shifting perfect when i adjusted the rod into the master, i bled the system and checked the linkage..maybe the linkage needs to be adjusted, but what i have done is i put regular 2 dollar a quart gear oil in the tranny my friend said i can only use bg synchro shift.
could this be the problem, or do i need to adjust the linkage if so how?
any insights?
