I can't get my clutch to disengage all the way, I have bled the system a million times...rebuilt my slave cylinder, rebuilt my master clutch cylinder, but in a new clutch release fork. I just can't build any pressure there is about an inch that the pedal doesn't come back up by itself....and it doesn't go in far enough to push the release fork all the way...whats the deal guys any tips/pointers here or should I just take it to a tranny shop

Check the adjuster rod under the dash. The rod should be adjusted so that it's pushed into the firewall as far as it can go.

If that's not it, then maybe it's worn bushings on the clutch lever pivots. Crawl under the dash and look at the rod that goes into the firewall while pushing the clutch pedal down with your hand. Does the pedal move more than 2" before the rod moves?
