Need new shifter, wut do i do

well let me tell u what happend. i had a stock shifter with a simple momo shift knob, it looked really ghey and tall so i cut it down a bit. everything was perfect for like 3 month. 10 mins ago it snaps. where can i get a replacement? is there anything i can do to keep the shifter short, yet reliable?

the actual shifter, im not gonna bother welding it togeth, i know wut imma do now, im gonna get a stock 2g shifter, get it cut/filled/welded
