AutoZone online, $20. It's one of the least-complex parts on modern cars. While you're online, hit up RRE for one of their stainless clutch lines as well, and get rid of that goofy "accumulator" down there.
 
If youre replacing youre slave cylinder you should also change youre master cylinder, its attached to the resoirvoir , where you put the clutch/brake fluid in. I read somewhere that they take on the same use if one is gone mostlikly the other is too or about too.
