help with axle

I am trying to drop the trans in order to change the clutch but I can't get the passenger side axle out. Any tips?

undo the shock from the hub assembly, undo the tie rod end, then use a prybar to free the axle from the tranny.

Have fun buying a new one They never give you the right ones.

Have more fun freeing the hub from the CV.....Then getting the hug off the lateral arm. Its a $500 job in parts if Mits has it.


I used a plasma cutter and cutting tourch to free mine then pry the knuckle cup out like he said.
