I have owned my DSM, 1992 eagle talon Tsi AWD, since january and have replaced the front cv joints 2 times, each. Drifting is fun and i couldn't pass it up when my heart is pumping. well either way i have learned and mastered a 5 grand launch. its takes off like a basterd and squats really nice. got a nice picture of it also. but last night i launched it and now when i drive i hear a loud clicking from the passenger rear. do we have an independant rear end? are the cv joints the same as the front? its wierd when i hit the brakes the clicking stops. i'm worried. anyone got any idea?

i think you might have snaped a rear axel. Give it some gas in 1st and if the front tires break lose then you found your problem. I have gone through 3 rear axles in one year, but i had a 3 bolt rear end.

treated like a sports car. you get what you pay for they're not a reliable sports car.
