JDM Trans Vs American

Is the Talon JDM Trans any better than the one that comes in the amercan spec car.

No. It has a longer first gear and different 1-2 gear shaft. Besides that, it's more or less the same as the 1G's.

What about reliabilty wise. Is the JDM any more reliable than the american spec trans.

I just bought a jdm tranny from a local shop called Yoko to replace my broken ass tranny! I had to change the front/back linkage arm and adjust the linkages in the console, Done!!! Runs well went to see if she would still light up and both tires spun, later tried again same thing, I think the jdm one has a lsd in it!?!
