Are the TQ specs for lightweight flywheel the same as OEM

Are the torque specs the same for an ACT lightened flywheel as they are for the factory AWD flywheel bolts? I know factory specs are 94-101ftlbs. Wasnt sure if it was any less or more.
 
Torque them to oem specs and don't forget to apply a bit of loctite to each bolt.
