hey guys/gals,

I finally got my talon into the garage for this winter's build and the first thing I wanted to take a look at is my clunky drivetrain. I had the problem where if I was in 1st gear and going really slow the car would kind of shutter back and forth as it approached idle.

I took a video of the front carrier bearing which I think may have something to do with it. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

BTW sorry for the poor quality!

I've seen a whole lot worse than that. Even brand spankin' new ones have enough "give" to them to allow a good amount of movement. I remember being surprised how unstiff new ones were.

hmmm ya I kind of thought that the play didn't feel too bad. I guess I was just hoping :p. There is some play in my drivetrain and that would be the cheapest place to fix.

I am going to take the Tcase and transmission off this winter to do the clutch so I'll have to diagnose it then.
