Vibration From UNder mY car!!

I got 94 awd tsi 5 speed, when i gun it in 1st and second i hear something hittin the bottom of my car. Accordin to this shop i went to they told me its the mount that holds the Rear driveshaft, they said it lots its hardness and it lets my Driveshaft wobble and possibly causin it to hit the bottom of my car.. What can i do to get rid of this problem and also can that be taking away some power thats going to the wheels because of the violent movement of the driveshaft?

check your carrier bearings. Yes the things that hold up the driveshaft. There is a vfaq on how to renew them with silicon because new ones are fairly expensive. Did u just do any work to any driveline things? Cause the driveshaft might not have been put together correctly.(balanced)
