Flywheel spec .603 OK?

I stopped by at a local machine shop to get my flywheel resurfaced(1gawd). According to centerforce-df it says .608 +.005/-.000 or something like that. The guy who resurfaced my flywheel looked it up at the computer for my car and he spec the step on the flywheel at .603 since he told me it should be in the range between .600 to .605

so is .603 a good step?
 
You have an aftermarket clutch/ pressure plate (center force) go with what they recommend .603 - .612 is what centerforce recomends (from your info) and .603 is cutting it close... the variance in step height is for slight miscalculations of the step height that the machine shop does.. There is a chance that they might make it .602 and then your clutch wouldn't perform right..
 
uh... maybe im reading that wrong... but if what he posted it true, the range is .608-.613... it said +.005 or -.000

anyway, the idea is to hit in on the head, at .608... why would you TRY to do anything else?
