Falls out of first gear when stopped

When i'm at a dead stop the car has trouble going in first it slips out and stuff.

Any suggestions

when car is warm the car when i shift into 3rd it makes like a frictions sound, or a vibration sound

ummm....check ur tranny fluid....does it only usually do it wen u first start the car and take off....it use to happen to me when the car wasnt fully warmed up.it wood grind going into first or second gear.thats my 2 cents...or u jus might be shifting to fast and no fullydisengaging the clucth before u shift
