Hi, I just have a question. I currently have my motor out of my car for a rebuild. Do I need to resurface my flywheel when I put the clutch back in? I am going to use the ACT 2600 that I had in there. Should I put in a new thrust bearing? Is there any other little things I should change out while I'm down there. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

If the motor isn't crankwalking as it is (and I'd check it before even considering putting it back in the car) then I wouldn't replace the thrust bearing. Why are you rebuilding the original engine as opposed to installing a 6 bolt which won't crankwalk?

I already have a 6 bolt, I am getting it rebuilt with better internals. I was just wondering about the bearing because I figured if I had the motor out why not replace all the little things I can replace.
