Ok ive got a tiwn disk installed on my awd talon. I going to swap everything over to another car. The issue im facing is that im going to swap it to a fwd car and use a fwd trans. Will the clutch fit and is there anything i need to change to make it work ?

The fwd flywheels are bigger then the awds.. You might be able to get it to work with some modifing, but i know for a fact it wont work the other way around, the fwd flywheel wont even go into the awds bellhousing!

Why don't you swap over the AWD axles + halfshaft, AWD transmission, AWD starter and AWD starter plate while you are there? Then you have a stronger transmission and can reuse the AWD flywheel and twin-disk assembly.

Im not sure if all twin disk companies are like this, but it was my understanding you get just pull the ring gear off the flywheel to switch awd-fwd. Someone verify?

Also, +1 on switching the awd driver axle/intermediate shaft over. 90-92 fwd uses the same diff as the 90-94 awd (maybe not same, but the axles will work).
