clutch pedal half way up from a high rev/speed stop

About me and car:
109k 98 gst 5spd. no tranny mods! normal driver. Do not redline/ burnout car every chance I get, hardly never. Drive like the police is behind me. Granny driver!

Problem:
Over a week ago my clutch started to get stuck half way from the floor. Now this happens when I come to a stop at high speeds(say 40 to a stop light). Then it gets stuck half way from the floor. Another symptom is when I get off the freeway and come to a stop, it also get's stuck half way from the floor until I come to a full stop. Then it pops back out like regular. Now this doesn't happen when I drive slowly like 15 mph. Another symptom is clucth pedal engages very low to be able to shift gears properly. Like 3 inches from the floor to shift to prevent grinds.

Almost answers:
Now I've been reading SEARCHED THREADS for OVER a WEEK. I've bled the system twice and for the first few shifts it felt normal (coming from a stop at high speeds) Then after a while it goes back to the problem. Now I DO NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS SHIFTING OR GRINDING any gears.
After bleeding, it didn't help much. Now I just went out to buy a new slave cylinder and just changed it. It did not make a difference. What else can I look at besides the master and this
YouTube - Proper Clutch Adjustment

This is my DD and hopefully I fix this soon. I feel if this don't get fix then it's gonna lead to a clutch/ tranny problem.

Thanks Guys!

Update: After trying whats on the vid.
Okay I try what's in the vid and the locking nut... pictured below on the far left side of the pix is not moving... Does that mean my master cylinder is mess up.
Clutch master cynlinder bench bleed, please help!

Update: AFTER TWO MONTHS
I did what was on the vid but to no avail. I've read many searched threads again and found people that changed their master cylinder and still end up with the same problem.
Money is tight and I don't really want to dish out unnecessary funds for somthing that is gonna lead me to where I begun. Also the clutch is starting to drag at about 2k rpms until it goes away or I lift the clutch pedal up with my feet.
Any other clues out there that I am missing. I don't want to take it to any shop without dsm experience. My local mitsu is closed/ out of business and the closest mitsu dealer is 40 min drive away.
