Tranny's still out (haven't had much time to work on it :toobad: ) But anyway I was trying to pull out the throttle cable and get the stupid cotter pin out of the clutch master cylinder so that I can rebuild it (it's leaking a little) And while I was stuffed up under my pedals I accidentally pushed the clutch in about halfway with my arm. I've read that this is a big no-no when the slave isn't hooked up. What should I do now?

Also I broke the cotter pin on the clutch master cylinder  , I hate changing this stupid thing, I can barely get my big hands in there, let alone any kind of tool. :notgood:

if the plunger from the slave cylinder did not pop out you should be fine just push it back in. also whenever i have mine apart i rig up something usually with zip ties to hold the plunger in.

I completely disconnected my slave cylinder

Also, is this normal? I just noticed it. Look at the two holes on the clutch disc, the inside doesn't seem to be aligned right.

Well, they say to not push on the pedal due to the fact that the piston will come out of there, plus you let lots of air into the system. Worse case is you can put that piston back in there, and bleed the system later when you get the tranny back up there. Just make sure no sand or crap is on the piston or slave cyl. when you stick the piston back in.

EDIT: the "hey don't push that pedal" is mostly for those that leave the slave hooked up. Otherwise you may have just made your car pee some hydro fluid...LOLz
