Guys,

Just finished a rebuild on my JDM VR4 (Gearbox # KM225)

The box shifted nice and tight for 5 days although was a bit tight to get into 1st

Now with no load on the engine I can get it into 4th as per normal but as soon as I load the throttle it will make a click and pop out of gear ???. Also a bit harder to get into 2nd ........

The tranny is fitted with Evo steel forks , Front Evo LSD and Welded Center Diff

Any thoughts as to what the hell is going on ?

Any help would be great

Thanks for the space

If 2nd and 4th give you trouble, it sounds like it might be the shift cables need adjusting. It might not be going far enough into those gears to catch completely.
